Every year, around October-November, ECOLE hosts the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to:
- Introduce ECOLE’s structure, members, and operations with collective members;
- Share the project’s activities, programming, progress, financial report, and more with collective members and its constituents;
- Announce any amendments to ECOLE’s Constitution and bylaws;
- Announce any new or updated policies;
- Hold the annual election of the Board of Directors;
- Hear and address any questions or feedback from collective members.
For the 2025-2026 academic year, we will announce the date, agenda, and registration link (for virtual participation) of the AGM soon.
